In short: LinkzMint uses a small number of cookies and similar storage. Most keep you logged in and keep the site secure. Advertising cookies are set only by ad partners and, where required, only after you agree.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how LinkzMint (“LinkzMint”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on linkzmint.xyz, on publisher pages that embed our script, and in our dashboards. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and is issued in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small pieces of data on your device. We call all of these “cookies” in this policy.

3. Categories we use

Strictly necessary: needed for login, security and core features. These cannot be switched off in our tools.
Preferences and performance: remember choices such as theme or dismissed notices and help us measure whether pages load properly.
Advertising and measurement: used to show ads, limit how often an ad appears, count valid impressions and clicks, and detect invalid traffic.

4. Cookies and storage we set ourselves

Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your publisher, advertiser or admin account. Expires when you log out or after 24 hours.
CSRF token: protects forms from cross-site request forgery. Expires with the session.
Remember-me cookie (optional): keeps you signed in on a device you choose. Expires after 30 days.
Security and rate-limit markers: help us block bots and repeated failed attempts. Kept for up to 24 hours.
Frequency-cap storage (_cm_fc_<site id>): set in the visitor’s browser by our embed script to record when an ad was last shown, so the same visitor is not shown ads too often. It holds only a timestamp. Kept until cleared by the visitor.
Consent record: remembers your cookie choice for up to 12 months.

5. Third-party cookies

When an ad is shown through LinkzMint, the advertising partner serving it, including Monetag and other networks we may add, may set its own cookies or read identifiers to deliver, target and measure ads and to prevent fraud. We do not control these cookies. Their use is governed by that partner’s own policy. Payment pages are served by Razorpay, which sets cookies needed to process payments securely. Bot-protection tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha may also set cookies to tell humans from automated traffic.

6. Why we use them

To sign you in and keep your account safe.
To remember your settings and consent.
To count visits, impressions and clicks accurately for earnings and billing.
To detect invalid or fraudulent traffic.
To limit how often ads appear to the same visitor.

We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell your personal data.

7. Your choices

Consent banner: where shown, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies, and change your choice later from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Instructions are available in the help section of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Ad personalisation: you can limit personalised ads through your device’s advertising settings.
Withdrawing consent: withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop login and some features from working.

8. Publishers embedding our script

If you are a publisher, you are responsible for showing your own visitors a notice and obtaining any consent that the law requires on your site, and for linking to this policy or your own equivalent. Do not load our script for visitors who have refused advertising cookies where consent is required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email.
