Effective date: 11-10-2026 · Last updated: 11-10-2026
In short: Publishers are paid in INR by UPI or bank transfer to an account in their own name, once earnings clear our checks and reach the minimum payout. Tax is deducted where the law requires.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to publishers earning on LinkzMint, operated by LinkzMint. It forms part of the Publisher Agreement. All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) within India.
2. Earning stages
Pending: earnings from recent traffic that are still under quality review. They may be reduced or reversed.
Available: earnings that have cleared review and can be withdrawn. Clearing normally takes up to 7 days from the traffic date.
Paid: earnings that have been transferred to you.
Your dashboard shows the current stage of each amount.
3. Minimum payout
You may request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches ₹50. Balances below the minimum carry forward. We may change the minimum with notice on the site.
4. Payment methods and account details
You can be paid by UPI or by bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS or RTGS as applicable).
The UPI ID or bank account must be in your own name, or in your business’s name if you registered as a business. We may refuse payment to accounts in another person’s name.
You must keep your details correct. We are not responsible for payments made to wrong details you gave us.
Bank and UPI details are stored in encrypted form and shown masked in your account.
5. Verification before first payout
Before your first withdrawal, we may verify your identity, business details, ownership of your properties and payment account. We may ask for a PAN and other documents. Payouts may be held until verification is complete.
6. How to request a withdrawal
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Each request moves through these statuses: Pending, Processing and Completed, or Rejected with a reason. We aim to complete approved requests within 3–7 business days. Bank holidays and bank or UPI network downtime may cause delays.
7. Holds, reversals and adjustments
We may hold, reduce or reverse earnings, and may refuse a withdrawal, where we find or reasonably suspect invalid traffic, fraud, breach of our policies, chargebacks or advertiser refunds linked to your traffic, incorrect details, or where required by law or a government or court order. We will tell you the reason where the law permits.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for your own income tax, GST and other taxes on what you earn.
Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source (TDS), we will deduct it before payment and make it available to you for your tax filing. PAN is required for this; if not provided, higher rates may apply.
If you are registered under GST, you must give your GSTIN, and you are responsible for issuing any invoices the law requires.
9. Fees
We do not charge a fee to withdraw, unless stated in your dashboard at the time of request. Your bank may charge its own fees.
10. Inactive and closed accounts
If your account is inactive for 12 months or is closed, we will contact you at your registered email. Valid, cleared balances above the minimum will be paid out after verification. Balances that are not claimed after reasonable attempts to contact you may be handled as the law requires.
11. Changes in rates and policy
We may change earning rates, minimum payout and this policy. Changes apply from the date stated and do not affect earnings already marked as available.
12. Payment disputes
If you believe a payment is wrong or missing, write to support@linkzmint.xyz within 30 days with your registered email, the amount and the date. Unresolved complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Sureshkumar P, admin@linkzmint.xyz, who acknowledges within 24 hours and aims to resolve within 15 days.
