4. Visitors
If you only open a Smart Link or a page with our Ad Unit, we collect the technical data listed above to run the link flow, block bots and measure valid traffic. Advertisements and direct links may be supplied by Third-Party Ad Networks, which may set their own cookies and collect their own data under their own policies. You can leave any page at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed with:
payment partners such as Razorpay, for top-ups, refunds and reconciliation;
email and SMS providers, for verification codes and service messages;
hosting, CDN and security providers such as Cloudflare, including its captcha service;
Google Safe Browsing, which receives destination URLs we check for malware and phishing;
Third-Party Ad Networks whose ads or links we show to visitors;
auditors, lawyers and other professional advisers bound by confidentiality;
courts, police and government authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Security and transfers
We encrypt sensitive fields, hash passwords and IP addresses, restrict staff access, require two-factor sign-in for administrators and keep audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your own password and devices. Some of our service providers may process data outside India. We use contracts and safeguards that meet the requirements of Indian law.
7. How long we keep data
Account and profile data: while your account is active and for 2 years after closure.
Financial, ledger, invoice and tax records: for 8 years or as long as the law requires.
KYC documents: for 5 years after closure or as the law requires, then securely deleted.
Visitor and traffic logs: 12 months, after which only aggregated statistics remain.
Support tickets: 3 years.
Deleted advertisements: creative files are removed 7 days after expiry; anonymised performance statistics are kept.
We may keep data longer where needed for a legal claim, a dispute or a lawful request.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
ask for a summary of the personal data we process and the parties we share it with;
ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
ask us to erase data we no longer need, subject to retention duties in section 7;
withdraw consent (this does not affect processing done before, and we may then be unable to provide some services);
have your grievance heard by our Grievance Officer;
nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to act.
Write to the Grievance Officer below or use your dashboard. We aim to reply within 30 days and may ask you to prove your identity first. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as the law provides.
9. Children
The Platform is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and close the account.
10. Data breaches
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
11. Links to other sites
Smart Links lead to destinations chosen by publishers, and ads lead to advertiser pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
