Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and LinkzMint (“LinkzMint”, “we”, “us”) for the use of linkzmint.xyz and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in our footer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
In short: LinkzMint lets publishers earn from monetized links and website ad units, and lets advertisers buy ad placements. You must be 18 or older and in India. Earnings are estimates until settled, and fraudulent traffic is not paid.
1. Definitions
“Publisher” means a user who creates Smart Links, adds websites or ad units, or brings traffic to the Platform to earn.
“Advertiser” means a user who tops up a wallet and runs advertisements.
“Smart Link” means a short link created on the Platform that shows an interstitial page and an advertisement before the Visitor reaches the destination.
“Ad Unit” means code generated by the Platform for placement on a verified website.
“Visitor” means any person who opens a Smart Link or a page carrying an Ad Unit.
“Third-Party Ad Network” means an outside provider whose advertisements or links the Platform displays.
“Valid Traffic” has the meaning given in the Anti-Fraud and Traffic Quality Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and resident in India. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. One person or entity may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may refuse registration where the law permits.
3. Your account
Give accurate and complete details, including name, phone number, email, business and billing information, and keep them current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password, one-time codes and two-factor device secure. Tell us at once at support@linkzmint.xyz if you suspect unauthorised use. We may require email, phone and KYC verification before you can withdraw earnings or add funds.
4. The services
Publishers can create Smart Links, add websites and generate Ad Units. Advertisers can add funds to a wallet and submit advertisements for review. We may add, change, limit or withdraw features, formats, rates and ad providers at any time. We do not promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted, that any advertisement will be available, or that you will earn any amount.
5. Third-party ad networks
Advertisements and links shown through the Platform may come from Third-Party Ad Networks. We do not control their content, pricing or availability, and their own policies may limit the traffic or content we can accept. Report an advertisement you believe is unlawful or harmful to support@linkzmint.xyz and we will review it.
6. Publisher earnings
Publisher earnings are governed by the Publisher Agreement and the Payment and Withdrawal Policy. In short: earnings first show as pending, are released after a hold period, are estimates until settled, and are not paid or may be reversed if the traffic is invalid. Rates apply to future traffic and may change.
7. Advertiser payments
Advertiser wallets are funded through our payment partner Razorpay. Advertisements need our approval before they run. Spend is deducted from the wallet as described in the Advertiser Terms, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Your content and links
You are solely responsible for your destination URLs, websites, channels, bots, creatives and other material. You confirm that you own or have the right to use them and that they follow the law and our Acceptable Use Policy. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, scan, process and link to that material so that we can run the Platform. We may block, remove or re-check any link, site or advertisement at any time.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Anti-Fraud and Traffic Quality Policy. In particular, you must not generate artificial traffic, click on your own links, use bots or hidden redirects, promote unlawful or adult content, spread malware, or interfere with the Platform or other users.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design, brand name and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform and any Ad Unit code we generate for you, only on domains you have verified. You must not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the Platform or its code.
11. Taxes and fees
You are responsible for taxes on what you earn or spend. We may deduct tax at source or collect GST where the law requires, and we will show any such amount in your statements or invoices. Any platform fee will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, hold earnings, or remove links and ads if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, put the Platform or others at risk, or if a court or authority requires it. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us. Pending earnings on a closed account are handled under the Payment and Withdrawal Policy; earnings from invalid traffic are forfeited. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, ad fill, revenue, conversions or search ranking.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount we paid or owed to you (as a Publisher) or the amount you paid to us (as an Advertiser) in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us, our officers and our partners harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your traffic, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days’ notice by email or in your dashboard, and we may ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first at support@linkzmint.xyz and we will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the dispute will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue will be Salem, the language English. Subject to that, the courts at Salem have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. General
These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices may be sent by email or posted in your dashboard, and electronic records are valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
