3. What we do
We acknowledge a complete notice within 24 hours of receipt.
We may disable the link, advertisement or page while we examine the complaint. Under Rule 75 of the Copyright Rules, 2013, access to the material may be kept disabled for 21 days, or until a court order is received, whichever is earlier, after which we may restore it unless the complainant has obtained a court order.
We tell the publisher or advertiser concerned about the notice and share the complaint, without disclosing more of your personal details than needed.
Repeat infringers will have their accounts suspended or terminated.
