Advertiser Terms
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Effective date: 11-10-2026 · Last updated: 11-10-2026
In short: Advertisers prepay a wallet, submit lawful ads for review, and are charged only for delivered traffic that passes our quality checks. We may reject, pause or remove any ad that breaks the rules.
1. Agreement
These Advertiser Terms apply, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, when you create an advertiser account or run a campaign on LinkzMint, operated by LinkzMint. By creating an account or running a campaign you agree to them. Only businesses and individuals aged 18 or above who can enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may advertise. LinkzMint currently serves advertisers and traffic in India only.
2. Account and verification
Provide accurate business details: name, contact person, email, phone and, where asked, GSTIN and PAN.
We may ask for documents to verify identity, ownership of the advertised site or brand, and authority to advertise. We may refuse or suspend accounts that fail verification.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Wallet and payments
Campaigns are funded from a prepaid wallet. Top-ups are made through Razorpay in INR. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
Minimum top-up is ₹50. Campaigns cannot run if the balance is insufficient and may be paused automatically when it runs out.
GST is applied as required by law and shown on your invoice.
Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Campaigns and pricing
Pricing may be per click (CPC), per thousand impressions (CPM) or per visit, as shown when you create the campaign. The rate shown at the time you launch applies to that campaign.
We may change our rate card for new campaigns at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to campaigns already running.
Daily and total budgets are limits, not guarantees of delivery. Delivery depends on available traffic and targeting.
Charges are based on our own records, which are final unless shown to be wrong.
5. Ad review and approval
Every advertisement, including creative, text and landing page, is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, reject, edit the placement of, pause or remove an ad at any time, with or without notice, and we are not required to give detailed reasons. Approval is not a legal clearance of your ad. You remain solely responsible for it.
6. Content rules
Your ad and landing page must be lawful in India and truthful, must comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) code and any sector-specific rules, and must not contain or promote:
Illegal goods or services, or content that infringes any intellectual property or privacy right.
Online gambling, betting, real-money gaming, lottery or related content.
Adult or sexually explicit content, or anything involving minors in an unsafe or inappropriate way.
Malware, phishing, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, fake system alerts or misleading buttons.
Misleading financial, investment, loan or “get rich quick” schemes, or unregistered crypto promotion that breaks Indian law.
Unapproved medical, health or miracle-cure claims, tobacco, drugs or weapons.
Hate speech, harassment, or content that hurts religious or community sentiment.
7. Landing pages and tracking
Your landing page must load properly, match the ad, work on mobile and not trap or redirect visitors deceptively. You are responsible for your own analytics and conversion tracking. You must not use our traffic to collect personal data without proper notice and consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Traffic quality
We use automated and manual checks to filter bots, repeated clicks, self-clicks and other invalid traffic. Traffic we find invalid is not charged, or is credited back. We do not guarantee any level of conversions or sales. You must not click your own ads or ask others to do so, and must not interfere with our systems.
9. Your responsibility and indemnity
You confirm that you have all rights to your content and that it is lawful. You will compensate LinkzMint, its team and its publishers for losses, claims, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from your ads, landing pages, products or breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, stop campaigns and withhold unspent balance as far as the law permits where you breach these terms or the law, where we receive a valid legal or regulatory request, or where we suspect fraud. Unspent balance is dealt with under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are settled first through discussion with our Grievance Officer, Sureshkumar P, admin@linkzmint.xyz. If not resolved, they are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator, seated in Salem, in English. Courts at Salem have exclusive jurisdiction for matters the arbitration clause does not cover.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on your dashboard.
