Step 5: Agreements & Statutory Consent

Review advertiser policies and provide DPDP Act consent for GST-compliant billing and fraud-free campaign delivery.

I agree to the Terms of Service governing advertiser campaign conduct and intellectual property. I agree to the Privacy Policy on how billing, targeting, and campaign data is processed. I agree to the Advertiser Terms — including prohibited content, impression fraud liability, and refund policy. I accept the Payment & Refund Policy — prepaid wallet model, 18% GST on all recharges, TDS deduction per Section 194C.

Campaign Content Declaration

I certify that campaign creatives and landing pages do NOT promote: adult content, gambling, unauthorized pharma, cryptocurrency schemes, fake government portals, or any content prohibited under Indian IT Act 2000 / ASCI guidelines. I declare that all business details, billing information, and campaign targets provided are accurate, and I accept full liability for campaign content compliance.

Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 Consent

I hereby grant consent under the DPDP Act 2023 to LinkzMint to collect, store, and process my company details, contact information, PAN, and GSTIN exclusively for: advertiser identity verification, GST invoice generation, TDS deduction compliance (Section 194C), and campaign settlement reconciliation. I understand I may withdraw consent by closing the account, subject to statutory data retention obligations.

All wallet top-ups are subject to 18% GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be generated automatically after every successful Razorpay payment. Businesses with GSTIN can claim input tax credit (ITC).
